OK, we're a little strange out here in Oregon.  But it seemed like a good idea.

Once it was on there, it was hard to support it and not be too heavy for her.

"It smells funny."

Can't get out!
We have a video of the entire process too, but I have to review it first.  It might be scary.

Right down the road from us on our way home from the orchard.  It's so neat how he's framed by the fence.

Two buddies -- very young.

"Oh mama she's so cute and she likes me and I think she needs a home.  Oh please"

"ok, kitty come on just get in this nice bag.  It has mesh so you can breathe"

Ladder moving is hard work.

Apple tasting before continuing the ladder moving.

Improper form = discomfort

The pickers

The pickers from a different angle.

Marshmallow roasting for breakfast!?!?  What kind of parent and I?

You got a wee something there on your nose.

We buy the extra large campfire marshmallows.  They barely fit.

What a great fire Rick made!

This was taken a little while ago, but I realized I hadn't posted it.  What bounty!

We grew some giant beets this year!  This is a Chiogga variety -- candycane stripes.

End of the summer flowers and "ornamental" corn.  So lovely!

What a huge sunflower! And it self seeded itself there with the zinnias.

mmmmmm, sweet corn!  The popcorn is still drying out there, but it's looking good.

Rick is active again!  This was about a month ago now, he was rebuilding the stone pathway.
